It also makes the toolbar green checkbox be greyed out on an actual website after I close all windows and start a new chrome session. So there is still an issue with the new update, even though it fixed the original issue from last week on 3 of 4 of my computers.Ī chrome search in incognito mode seems to poison the green checkmarks for all search engines. The only way to restore the function is to remove and reinstall safe web. They no longer appear if I change the search engine to Bing or Yahoo. I close everything and the next time I run chrome the green checkmarks no longer appear in any searches. If I open an incognito window and do a search I get no checkmarks.
